London, however will also include visits to the regional
office near Peterborough. Scope of works includes external
structural repairs including associated roof repairs, replacements
windows, re-wires and replacement kitchen and bathroom
installation.

two
Site Managers to oversee the development of luxury apartments
in the region of £4 - 5 million based in Manchester & Preston
city centre.
The successful
candidate will be a team player looking to further their
career within
an expanding company. You
will have a steady background of permanent employment and
should have worked for a recognised main contractor in
a similar capacity on large Design and Build projects,
have been a site manager for at least 5 years, probably
having moved through the ranks at your current / previous
employers from being a foreman / site agent or assistant
site manager before becoming a full site manager. You will
need to demonstrate man management skills, excellent organisation
skills, liaise both internally and externally. Proven track
record of getting projects finished on time and to budget
is essential. Also experience of new build works, up to
date Health & Safety qualifications and good education
required.
