PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS OFFICERS

- Investigation with customers and third parties
- Analysing information and devising solutions
All applicants for this role MUST have 12 months minimum Personal Injury Claims experience and be strong communicators, educated to A Level or Equivalent. Ideally you will be prepared to take ACII studies, which will be supported by the company.

CLAIMS HANDLER
£ 13,000 - £16,000 + PERFORMANCE BONUSES:
CHESTER
Our Client is one of the UK’s leading vehicle insurers who provide a customised, and unique service to the motorist. We are looking for claims handlers, to organise claims, look after hire management and also develop new cases.
You should have:
Excellent negotiation skills
A methodical and highly organised approach to work
Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills
Computer literate (XL / IT Claims systems)
Excellent customer service skills
Previous claims experience is preferable, however, we will consider candidates who want to break into the industry. You should have a solid call centre/customer service background, a keen eye for detail and should be able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Negotiating between claimants and insurers
Organising repairs and inspections
Assessing liability
Deciding when to issue hire cars
Prioritising cases and workloads
