Your role will be to promote and sell our clients services and products within the European arena. You will be expected to develop existing accounts and establish new business in France, Spain and Italy.

Our client is a leading security company specialising in the instalment of equipment such as CCTV, alarm systems, security lighting etc. This pivotal role will involve supporting the call centre manager in ensuring that the companies’ field based sales personnel achieve a minimum productivity level. The other fundamental part of the role will be to initiate processes to ensure customer retention and rescue lapsed custom.
- Key areas of this project are:
- Initiation of a lapsed customer rescue process
- Recapture cancelled sales
- Manage a telephone based lead checking system for appointments
