Our client is a leading security company specialising in
the instalment of equipment such as CCTV, alarm systems,
security lighting etc. This pivotal role will involve supporting
the call centre manager in ensuring that the companies’
field based sales personnel achieve a minimum productivity
level. The other fundamental part of the role will be to
initiate processes to ensure customer retention and rescue
lapsed custom.

project are:
- Initiation of a lapsed customer rescue process
