public sector clients such as British Association of Landscape
Industries, University of Warwick Science Park and The
Phone Shop.
Due to their recent campaign they are now looking
to recruit Market researcher to join their highly successful
team.
Duties of a market researcher will involve contacting
clients from a data base, Identifying decision-makers;
establish levels of interest and record requests for further
information.
The ideal candidate for the position of market researcher
will have an excellent telephone manner, be bright, bubbly,
and computer literate, and have accurate inputting skills,
be presentable and reliable.

CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR (Multi-lingual)

MANCHESTER BASED – Languages: English and Italian
Our client is a market leading,
international manufacturer and supplier of data cabling
and fibre optics, with an
annual turnover in excess of £500M.
Due to expansion, they currently have an opening for a
high calibre, Customer Service Co-ordinator in their Manchester
office.
You will be fluent in Italian and English, and have experience
in a similar role.
If you have experience of a technical product in previous
roles this will be a distinct advantage but not absolutely
necessary.
Your role will include the following.
Process customer enquires within the targeted time scales
Interpret customer contracts and requirements.
Confirm order details to the planning team and respond
to the customer.
Pro-actively advise customers of changes to orders, due
dates etc.
Check stock availability (on demand) and allocate stocks
to customers orders when appropriate.
Create picking documentation for part or complete orders.
When necessary invoice customer orders.
Attend and participate in relevant meeting.
Interpret B.T. VMI forecasts and produce replenishment
orders.
Follow up customer enquires by telephone.
Contact sales leads, as and when provided by the company.
Develop relationships with customers.
Attend customer meeting as and when required.
Feedback any business opportunities to the manager.
Plan, prepare and produce information in report format
as required by the customer or the company.
Create, maintain and promote good working relationships.
You will require a good standard of education in Maths
and English, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft excel,
outlook, other similar packages, internet skills and experience
of working with BaaN computer system.
Also to work flexible hours and locations (within reason)
if required.
